Subaru off road light bar- in progress

Here is one of 3 long running projects for my gravel oriented Subaru.Material:1/4" 304 SS plate316L 1/16" SS tubing (for pedestals)304L 1/16" SS straight tubing (for main bars)304 1/16" SS (for the mandrels on the main bar)Machine:Dynasty at 45amps, 3/32"Ar w/ 2% HeOne pedastal is done and welded to the car. It is welded with a junk flux core mig- high tensile japanese popcan "steel" isn't the best to weld with tigAny input or suggestions welcomed!

Reply:yea for a non-structural light bar....I'd just be sure that its good 'nuff.....not so worried about adequate heat.whack it a few times with a mallet and if the weld hold then you're good
