This is my everyday stuff... aluminum drain pans...Stucco .0453/16 coupler on .045 stucco..and my favorite... painted... ( yeah, they do not allow me to take time to clean any of the metals.. how the arrive is how I get to weld them.. only prep tool is a small hammer to fix corners )Lastly, I did this the other day, and I have never welded any aluminum this thick.. and what makes it better is all they gave me to weld with is 1/16 1100 filler rod to weld a 1 1/8 housing to 3/8 bar... just thought I would post a few pics... and get a break from the norm... 35 hours in 3 days... thought it was time I slowed down for a minute to do something else...
