Hi All,I have just got myself a new welder, Cebora 200amp inverter with water cooler, and was having some trounbles with what appears to be scaling on the back of the welding bead. It looks like its too cold, but this happens regardless of the amperage. It doesn't always happen but would be insterested to know when and if this have ever happened to anyone and if they know the reason for it.Edit - i should add wp20 torch2.4mm tungsten8 size cupgas set at 15cfhtungsten sharpened to a fine tip ( i tried white as recommend by the seller and blue becuase i had some lying around, next is red)wave balance set at 80all cleaned prior to welding with acetone.amps controlled by foot control, but max is approx 160 on 3mm aluminium. Thanks,ArielLast edited by ISL33P; 08-11-2009 at 07:59 AM.My weekend hobby -
