Well guys I have found out that the miller millermatic 252 does not like a 44 pound spool of .35 steel wire coated in break fluid.......the reason we put it in the welder is because it was the only spool we had. Attached Images
Reply:obviously? that just spells disaster not only for your health but for your weld. Sure hope you didnt breathe any of those fumes
Reply:No it would barley feed the wire so you couldnt weld with it but problem sovled new wire.
Reply:Well Hmpoh!, Why don't you just let me come and take that piece of junk machine off your hands then!
Reply:It works now with new wire .
