This set of headers are on a 540", 11 to1, motor with a 10-71 High Helix blower, 25% over driven, on Meth, with mechanical injection. The motor is in a chassis with a glass Nova body on it. The car is not done yet, but sounds nasty. We dont build prettyMy Lawyer has me on retainer

Reply:Lol. One of the first questions I ask a new customer is what there paint code is. With this guy, I asked if he would like to be able to turn the car. He said not much, and I would like my headers to come out right here. Originally Posted by turbocad6awesome work bro... I guess that car doesn't need to turn much anyway

Reply:Awesome work Errol @ TPS. Super neat stuff in your other thread too. I have to say though that if you look at it you can see were you could have routed the #1/7 and #2/8 tubes a little differently to provide much more turning angle and still maintain the same tube lengths IMO. Reply:Contrary to most in this thread, and the joke I made, the turn radius for this car is just fine. The deal with big tire 4 link cars with a locked rear end, is that they do not turn much no matter how far the wheel is spun. You could go lock to lock, and about half of that is wasted motion due to the rear tires being so firmly planted that the fronts will push, and in some cases fold under. The car will never be turned enough to get up against the headers. There are very tight space constraints with this, as well as many other chassis cars.We dont build prettyMy Lawyer has me on retainer
