I made this to fit a customer's fire pit. He said he wanted his kids to be able to grill hot dogs when the family was hanging out by the fire. The fire pit is 6' in diameter, constructed using river rock. The grill is stainless steel 1 1/2" angle iron, 3/8" round bar, and 3/4" flat bar ribs. Turned out very nice. Reply:I would say it came out very, very nice. The customer should be pleased the way it turned out.If possible I would like to see a picture of the pit once the grill is installed. My wife wants a courtyard and I'm thinking of putting a fire pit in the middle and I was thinking of metal, but a rock or brick pit might look better. Just trying to get some ideas. Thanks
Reply:how did you roll the angle?
Reply:how many kids are they gonna have grilling hot dogs? Looks like enough grill space for every kid in the neighborhood, plus the kids in the surrounding neighborhoods.Nice work. Looks great, I am sure they are very happy.

Reply:With a grill that size the only thing you can afford to load it up with is hot dogs Now for some funny math. It's about 4071 square inches... so if each hot dog takes up 6 square inches then it will grill 678 dogs That is one nice grill. Good job and stainless none the less. I'm sure they will be using it for many years to come.
