I don't do walk ins.. but friends show up from time to time and mess up the work order. This one is not so bad, a meat saw arbor with a bad bearing dia, and the game from meat hunters is stacking up. A lttle TRADING IS GOING to HAPPEN!Material is non-magnetic SS, so I went with 308L, tigged the first pass with 1/16" at 75amps and cover passed with twisted 3/64" at 60amps or so, then dropped in coolant.Machined the 25mm dia. to .985" (that's +.0006") and stoned to .+.0002".There could be a change in the X-mas menu coming up! Reply:Just found this thread. Looks like a good job there. Had one packing plant job in this morning with another large one been in the works for a couple of weeks now (I'll probably post some pics of that once I get the stuff in needed to do it). Of course it could be because my dad owns the local packing plant. :-)Millermatic 252XMT 304'sDynasty 280DXHypertherm PowerMax 1250Miller Trailblazer 302 EFIOptima PulserXR feeder and XR Edge gun and more athttp://members.dslextreme.com/users/waynecook/index.htm |
