Reply:Nice work. I like the alternating heights of the tips. You get what you put in and people get what they deserve...
Reply:Looks very good.About the table, one of the best ornamental guys I ever knew did all his jigging and tacking on plywood. Nobody could keep up with the guy.Matt
Reply:Looks good! Should last a long time.
Reply:Thanks guys for the compliments.... Yeah, a guy quoted me like 10K$ so that was my motivation to take it on. I didn't realize how much work it was but I still think I can do it for way less than that. Plus I got a welding machine out of it! Thinking about going for the Miller 211 soon though... I'm hooked...More to come!BTW, this forum is awesome!Lincoln 140 Weldpak

Reply:Nicely done. That jig looks super familiar. Plywood is the go-to jig for projects like this. Light and cheaper than steel( ....yeah I know guys, ten hail Mary's....) I've done head/foot board jigs, and cd/wine rack jigs with plywood too. Good stuff!200amp Air Liquide MIG, Hypertherm Plasma, Harris torches, Optrel helmet, Makita angle grinders, Pre-China Delta chop saw and belt sander, Miller leathers, shop made jigs etc, North- welders backpack.
