I was installing an airbag setup on my dad's new F250 today. We needed to mount the small air compressor and the sending unit/pressure regulator (which is wireless) under the body. I didn't really want to drill into the frame, so I decided to just make a bracket to mount to some existing 1/2" holes. It was a perfect time to play with my new Tig, so I just used that. Definitely not perfect, but will be good for what it needs to do. I love this little Thermal Arc 95 already....except now I want to buy a nicer machine....Everything is 11 gauge CRS, 1/16 red tungsten, 1/16 ER70S-2 rod at around 80 amps. Attached Images

Reply:Nice job how long did you practice to get that good? I just got a tig and have not used it yet and was wondering how long it took to get to where you could weld that? Its great to be able to just make what you need when you need it. Thanks for the pictures. Ray Mc
