MIG 2g postion problems

Running #4 heat, WS 80 on my Hobart Ironman 210 on  .120 wall thickness tube cut in half welded in 2G to some .120 wall tube..You can see  how tall the bead is.  What am I doing wrong?
Reply:I would turn your wire down some, and then adjust the voltage until it runs smooth.  The heat is more than ok, so just put less wire into it with a few more volts to flatten it out.Have we all gone mad?
Reply:high build up like that means your throwing too much wire into work piece. I would try first turning down the wire feed. and if that doesn't work changing our travel speed.
