I had the engine out of my 1959 sa200 rebuilt and I'm putting it back together. The problem I ran into is that I found the two punch marks on the cam gear but found two punch marks several teeth apart on the crank gear. Which mark on the crank gear do I use to line up with the two on cam gear?
