I don't have any close ups of the welds today.I bought a 4' bar of 3/4x3/4 x1/8" aluminum at home depot. Bent it in the vice and drilled some holes. It was longer, but I liked the short version. I tried PVC for the storage before I thought of the rod holders. They are painted folorescent green then a coat of clear. Tools, phone camera, Drink. Plexus and a rag.Edit:I have not been here much. Arcmaster 185 turned all the way up, Black, red or gold 3/32 tungsten, 3/32 5356 filler. #8 cup on a 20 or 9? water cooled torch. Close up of the welds tomorrow. Putting the nut and washer on the rear bolt was a challenge. Sealed with clear silicone.DavidLast edited by David R; 03-08-2011 at 07:36 PM.Real world weldin.
