I was looking and the liner will feed .35 flux core wire and the drive roll will accept it. They also make the .35 tips for it, but the main question is, can that machine weld with .35 solid wire or is there not enough amperage? Just curious. I bought a small roll of .35 solid wire to try and the tips and all that but I don't want to hurt the machine.
Reply:You won't hurt the machine but the machine is too small for that wire fer sure.= poor performance.023-.030 for the 120v machines.Ed Conleyhttp://www.screamingbroccoli.com/MM252MM211 (Sold)Passport Plus & Spool gunLincoln SP135 Plus- (Gone to a good home)Klutch 120v Plasma cutterSO 2020 benderBeer in the fridge
Reply:I tried running .035 on my Miller awhile back. Didn't give me the results I was looking for and was to hard on the welder. I wouldn't recommend doing itMiller DVI2Lincoln Precision Tig 225Thermodynamics Cutmaster 38Everything else needed.
