Now i will start out by saying - what i know about a plasma cutter you could put on the head of a pin and still have room - now i read a lot of post about needing a air dryer with one and some type of filtration system - now they have one at work - have never used ithas no dryer or filter in line - am looking at getting one - small 40 amp model - my question will the following one work - thanks for your help Attached ImagesThe main thing is not to panic or get excited Bobcat 250, X-Treme 12VS, MM211Meltabo, Milwaukee,Porter Cable,Dewalt,MakitaVictor O/A, Ingersoll-RandEvolution Rage2, 40 amp PlasmaLincoln 225 AC/DC
Reply:That dryer will work fine as long as the Plasma system air flow is rated below the air flow rating on the dryer. It looks like it can handle 7 cfm.....so should be ok for most 40 amp plasmas.Jim Colt Hypertherm
