Has anyone here ever made anything like this before or use one of these. I plan on making one for my atv soon. I do a lot of riding with a friend that wouldn't be able to get my polaris out of a situation that doesn't have any natural anchors. Thank you.seabee78 Attached Images
Reply:That looks good for a quad anchor but I think the shovel prt doesn't have enough mass to support my Silverado 2500 4x4, nor my Tundra 4x4. I once used a spare tire, completely buried in sand as an anchor. The size of the spare tire offered more area for a winch anchor. I suppose one could make something larger and heavier, but that would take up more space and how many times would one really need to use something so large?Lincoln Power Mig 216Lincoln AC/DC-225/125Miller 625 X-Treme PlasmaMiller 211 Forney 95FI-A 301HF 91110Victor Journeyman O/PMilwaukee DaytonMakita Baileigh NRA Life Member
