Im not a machinest so I don't see many of these. The guy just wanted me to weld some ears on it  so I did and hard faced the edges. Attached Images
Reply:That style is made to pull back through and 'ream' once a bore has been made. Looks like he had ears on it before and wore them down. Ears aren't a normal part of a reamer. Could be he's pulling back through a bore that's quite a bit bigger than his reamer too.The man wanted ears, you gave him ears, good work.
