Has anyone successfully converted a Bernard gun to operate on the HH187?As most know, Miller makes the gun for the smaller Hobart welders. The gun on the HH187 is basically an M10 with a Hobart machine end. The Hobart plug (where it's inserted into the feeder) is slightly smaller than the Miller plug.Bernard lists a "Hobart Direct Plug Kit", but, after talking to Bernard, they're not sure this adapter will work with the smaller Hobart machines such as the HH187.I use the Bernard Q300 & Q400 guns on my larger mig welders, and have been very happy with the guns. Would be nice to be able to convert a Q200 for use on the little welder.Any recommendations/comments are appreciated.Syncro 250 DX Dynasty 200 DXMM 251 w/30A SG XMT 304 w/714 Feeder & Optima PulserHH187Dialarc 250 AC/DCHypertherm PM 1250Smith, Harris, Victor O/ASmith and Thermco Gas MixersAccess to a full fab shop with CNC Plasma, Water Jet, etc.
