Can I get these tanks filled I just bought on CL pics

I purchased these tanks oxy/acet.  Oxy is about 30"x7".  Acet is 26"x7"Should I have any problems getting these filled in So. Ca.?The Oxy has a Linde ring at the top of cyl. It says Linde Div Union Carbide Corp. (see pics)This is my first post and first attempt to weld since high school.  I'm now 57. I paid $180. for tanks and Victor 315 handle, 2450 cutting head, hoses, regulators.Tanks were tested 87 and 86 so I will need to get them hydro-ed. Reply:A lot of it depends on what places are in your area. I bought a used tank off someone and called at least 7 different places and nobody would touch since it wasn't theirs. One place by me fills them and the other I go to exchanges them. Reply:Guess I misspoke I would be happy to exchange or refill.  Even better would be exchange if they don't charge for testing. Is Sims doing exchanging Brocolli1?Was worried about Oxy collar stamped Linde?

Reply:I was told at the Praxair store in Irwindale they will exchange Linde bottles.Praxair bought out a bunch of companies and they have a list at the store of bottles they will take in exchange.
Reply:Thanks for the help.I went to Praxair and they exchanged them. Total cost was $81.The exchanged Oxy bottle says property of L.B.W.S. on the collar.
