where to find hand winch that climbes steel tube?

Looking at making something similar to this. It is a LCD display jack. I usually have to hire help to install displays but, this is something I am more inclined to make my self. The asking price probably feeds this guys family and yes, I would not mind ordering it but, I am very budget limited at this time. So, All I need is a source for the winch. Reply:looks to me like the winch pulls in black webbing that is attached to the top of the pole...I can remember in the 7th grade my mom said "people will offer you drugs" by the 10th grade I was like, "where the hell are these people?"

Reply:I go for the self braking winchs,@ TSC they run around 70.00 for the model i got.Very nice not having worry about it trying to kick back on you when lifting.
