Yet another Crazy trailer hitch

Saw this on a corrolla at walmart today lolIts funny as hell but at the same time you just wanna find the owner and B****H slap them and ask WTF they were thinking. Is there not someone you can report this too?

Reply:Yea, but the bumper beam is mounted with relatively short stroke impact absorbers...not made to carry any kind of fore/aft load.
