Reply:WHAAATT!!!???Good dial-in Samm. To make light-up a little easier, after lighting the gas lay the head's side  against a scrap piece, then the collecting flame will allow adjustments to be made quicker, or to more "aggressive" settings, without worrying about a flame-out. You'll usually want to adjust for a neutral to slightly oxidizing flame. The exact adjustment is tough to describe; it's when the inner cone just starts to turn lighter. A little practice and you'll know it when you see it. Once you cross a certain line it doesn't seem like a more oxidizing flame adds more BTUs. The beauty of propane is that with little concern for pressures you can keep alternately adding fuel and O2  to really crank up the BTUs.BTW - I've been trying to get movie smart myself, but it's been a steep learning curve.Good LuckLast edited by denrep; 08-15-2010 at 01:34 AM.

Reply:Well samm now you did it..It's a whole new ballgame with propane..Just wait until you try to "Gently" heat some aluminum..Go slow..You will melt alot of stuff and there is very little warning.....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
