6G pipe test "rules"

I'm currently a student working towards my 6G cert (6010 root/hotpass, 7018 cap).  But I'm getting conflicting information about the rules of the test. My questions are What is the min/max size of a gap/land allowed?Is a grinder allowed?If so what is allowed to be ground down?Thanks

Reply:I just took one that was Mig downhill root, and fluxcore up fill/cap. I was allowed to use a grinder on the root, and fill, but not on the cap. The coupon was pre-fit with about a 5/32 gap.
