CWB Test plates- Specifications

Hello Everyone.  Thanks for having me!I will be taking my CWB test for 4 positions ( stick ) in a month or so.  I want to do some practicing at home.Does anyone have the specifications ( length, width,and angle of bevel) as well as the spacing for all the different plates ?I tried to find online but could not.Thank you
