Howdy  I need to attach 22ga stainless and 22ga paintlock sheetmetal to a sheetrock wall, any suggestions on a good  adhesive would be helpful. they will be subject to alot of heat, going behind a commercial cook line ...thx  : )
Reply:Get some of this..http://www.biosafe-inc.com/ag_adhesives.htm...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
Reply:I've used liquid nails to mount stainless panels to drywall for kitchen equipment in the past (mainly in the Phoenix area). Get the commercial strength stuff (either heavy duty or the red project stuff), and skim it with a 1/8 or 3/16 v notch trowel. Should last till the restaraunt goes out of business
Reply:How about some finish screws into the studs?Welding/Fab Pics: www.UtahWeld.com

Reply:We've used PL Premium on 16ga. sheet metal to walls, not in a heat environment, though. Here's the the data sheet:http://www.loctiteproducts.com/tds/P...EM_ADV_tds.pdfBottom page has cured performance specs.Good stuff. Nice bit of flex. Get it right when you stick it, or your in for trouble! Should work for you. Screws: NO! Not good on a surface to be cleaned!! Even with caps!200amp Air Liquide MIG, Hypertherm Plasma, Harris torches, Optrel helmet, Makita angle grinders, Pre-China Delta chop saw and belt sander, Miller leathers, shop made jigs etc, North- welders backpack.
