Hey guys, i had to weld on a friends buggy a few weeks ago. It is parked in my backyard, and the welder cart casters sank into the ground. Since then i decided that my cart needed to be more offroad capable, while at the same time take up less space and be very mobile. I had this idea in my head for a while, so here it is. The whole thing is made from scratch. I cut everything out on the cnc. I wanted the 75/25 bottle to be directly over the axle centerline so that it wouldn't try to tip over backwards. in the last pic you can see that the bottle clamps to the dolly, becoming part of the dolly and helps stiffin the whole thing up some more. Still gottta add hooks for the leads, strap the welder down and paint it. Yes you do see a 40Lb spool of wire and yes its feeding off it just fine. After moving it around a few times i have decided to step down a bottle size when this one is empty. Its just so dang heavy.
