Has anyone had any experience with this machine. There is one on kijiji I may be interested in. Reply:lol... nobody wants to talk about Forney... all I have is the old buzz box so no help here either. I have no idea how the newer ones are stacking up, but my experience with the old ones is that they weld very well for what they are, and nobody likes to admit it.250 amp Miller DialArc AC/DC StickF-225 amp Forney AC Stick230 amp Sears AC StickLincoln 180C MIGVictor Medalist 350 O/ACut 50 PlasmaLes

Reply:Lots of the old red Forney welders around. I can remember in my hometown a local auto parts store sold them. They were popular with gas stations and auto repair shops. One model had a built in battery charger and you could plug in a soldering iron Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkSteveMiller Dialarc 250 (1990)Miller Maxstar 140 STR (2003)Lincoln SA200 Redface Pipeliner (1966)Lincoln MP210 (2015)Victor and MECO torches

Reply:I've had 2 professional welders use my 225 buzz box. At the end, they both stood back with a surprised look on their face and said " That's not a bad little welder."  Welded everything we broke for a lot of years. My Sears had the carbon arc attachment, but I've never bought the carbon rods to try it out.250 amp Miller DialArc AC/DC StickF-225 amp Forney AC Stick230 amp Sears AC StickLincoln 180C MIGVictor Medalist 350 O/ACut 50 PlasmaLes
Reply:Found a somewhat hokey review... the video at the bottom is of more value. Multi process, but it only welds up to 1/4". 115/230 volt capability might be handy for some guys though. No aluminum capability. https://thereviewerpro.com/forney-324-review/250 amp Miller DialArc AC/DC StickF-225 amp Forney AC Stick230 amp Sears AC StickLincoln 180C MIGVictor Medalist 350 O/ACut 50 PlasmaLes
Reply:Bought their little 20p plasma awhile back, small but so was the price. I am happy with it so far.Being poor is the most expensive thing there is
