Reply:SteveI hauled a 330 to a job where a Komstsu had a busted boom. Ended going back a few days later to haul it back to the shop for our guys to fix. I was always amazed when they would rebuild the buckets for Vulcan and hanson quries. Lots of time in them.Learning one rod at a time

Reply:Naaaaa no beveling on this application..Think of it as one big "T" joint..Looks great! You must have a line borer or one big a$$ machine to do the bores with.....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:Thanks everyone i should have taken some in between pictures on lineboring the 990 boom.  I used the same bar setup as i did in the d11n rollerframe posted on here a while back but i drove it with a magdrill.  Next time i will do a set up to finish shots.  The holes were built up with 7018 by hand like a caveman would do it. Hopefully soon i will have a borewelder.  The bores in the boom were 6.5 dia and 7.5 deep. Thanks Steve Attached Images
