This is a combination circle/ straight line cutting attachment that I have made for my Victor 2460 torch. It can be used three ways.Photo #1 shows the cutter bar with the straight line attachment with 2 guide rollers and can be adjusted for circles down to 4" dia. but is better for circles up to 26" dia.Photo #2 shows the cutter bar without the straight line attachment. It can adjust for circles 2" to 26" dia.Photo #3 shows the straight line attachment clamped to the tip for straight line and contour cutting.The pivot pin slides on a 3/8" square bar and the pivot pin is adjustable and ca be easily replaced. Reply:The flats on the wheels might give you a problems with BB's and such on the metal. I made one several years ago that was much like yours except I used the cutting wheels for a pipe cutter. They were knife edged and could get around the BB's and such. Yours looks great though.
