Knurled drive rolls

Hello I have a Imig 205 welder that I am using 45 flux cored wire for outside jobs this is a great mig wellder and I am very pleased with the machine,I am using a 15 foot mig gun with 45 liner ,the machine came with a smooth drive roller 0.8 & 1.0 this did not work for my needs as the wire feed was erratic with 45 wire.Seller of my welder told me the 1.2 knurled drive roller would not be available till after the first of the year so I made my own knurled drive roller ,picture of finished part ,all that is left is to harden and test roller ,I will keep my fingers crossed.RegardsBobThermal Arc T-Bird 270 Amp gas welder Thermal Arc Pro Wave 185PowerArc 200 Riland 60 PlasmaMiller suitcase 12vs wire feeder, 180 Amp Diesel Welder GenEllis 1600 bandsawImig 205 Mig,Eastwood 250 migLincoln 250 G9 Pro gas Weldanpower
