Good, cheap oxy-propane setup?

Anyone know where I can get a full oxy-propane setup for a good price? As it is more economical, and safer to use propane where I live.Montgomery Ward 250 amp AC/DC stickMastercraft 90 amp Mig- Flux Core
Reply:There are a few internet dealers that sell oxy-propane rigs.   Realize that your oxygen use will be higher.I assume you realize that you cannot weld with oxy-propane, it's only for heating and cutting.
Reply:There will ba quite a few that will point out that you need special hose etc, but it does work if you find a normal set of regs and hoses. Acc reg will screw into the propane tank. Just need the correct tip. Reply:If you are buying a oxy-propane setup, it certainly should come with the proper hose for propane.

Reply:For just north of $250., you can get a new Victor Performer propane torch kit with a rosebud.  It should come with proper hoses.You can braze with propane or other Oxy-fuel torches.  However, welding of steel is out.  It isn't so much the temperature as where the hot spot occurs in the flame cone AND the fact that the combustion byproduct gasses (as and where they occur) will not provide the atmospheric gas shielding as does acetylene.
