Reply:Looks good overall, but you might want to work on your consistancy some, and turn that welder up a little.[Account Abandoned 8/8/16 Please Do Not Attempt Contact Or Expect A Reply]. See you on YouTube! -ChuckE2009

Reply:Yes, give it about 10 more amps & watch the puddle to "wet in" on the toes (flat & vertical surface). While you are welding, watch the puddle, if it doesn't "wet in", pause a half second so it does. The puddle may need to be "stirred" a little bit with manipulation of the puddle with the end of the rod.If you use the same amp setting, slow your movement a bit. You will be able to see how the metal flows by watching the puddle.MarkI haven't always been a nurse........Craftsman 12"x36" LatheEnco G-30B MillHobart Handler 175Lincoln WeldandPower 225 AC/DC G-7 CV/CCAdd a Foot Pedal to a Harbor Freight Chicago Electric 165A DC TIG PapaLion's Gate Build
Reply:ill do that thank you
Reply:Welds look good. One thing to remember is that every machine is different and 70 amps on one machine may not run like 70 amps on another. You might have to play with the amperage quite a bit to get the results you want. Just something to keep in mind when switching between machines.
