I recently bought a lincoln squarewave 175 that came with a holox water cooled torch. The torch itself says nothing on it except for H20 and holox. I am assuming I can just take this to a LWS and fit consumables to it like the collet, tungsten, collet body, gas shield?There seems to be no info about holox to be found.
Reply:Also, did airgas buy holox? I took this torch to the local Airgas guy and he had no idea who Holox was and wanted to sell me a 150a air cooled Weldcraft torch for $250 LOL.
Reply:seems lil bit high to me .lol i just bought a new 200amp water cooled torch for my syncrowave 200 complete with the adapter witch was like 60 to 80 bucks alone walked out the door little bit less than 2bills.
Reply:Well I brought the torch back to a LWS and they said it was a #20 torch. I bought the consumables I needed and will try to weld with it tonight. All is good. |
