Reply:Do you take precautions when welding stainless steel from the hexavalent (spelling?) chrome fumes it puts off?We learned about this in OSHA class, but some stuff they go over board with, so I don't know. I've never seen anyone wear a respirator to weld stainless, but OSHA recommends it.
Reply:My stainless parts are so small I never notice any fumes?  Miller Dynasty 350Twenty Six HammersThree Crow BarsBig Rock

Reply:Very nice work!(I am one of those people who believes, "living is hazardous to your health."  You can't live forever, and you can't worry about everything that can kill you.  I'm too old to worry about dying young, and I know something will eventually get me.  Such is life...and death.
Reply:what are these for?Nice looking welds there. I love the look of heated stainless. the header on my civic looked very similar after 2 or 3 track days @GerryR - I feel the exact same way, except for the worrying about dying young. At 27, there is still alot that I want to do in life  The first part of that is spot on though!
Reply:>>Nice looking welds<<I'll second that, very nice work sir.Keep the pictures coming.Regards to all, take care.Working on cars and bikes is my hobby, learning to weld the pieces together is my quest.
