Anyone know what is going on around central WI for welding jobs? All of a sudden a couple months ago I started noticing an abundance of welding rigs riding around here. While it is normally odd to see one I have counted at least 6 rigs around just my town in the last couple months now. I saw 3 yesterday and have yet to get the chance to talk to any of them and find out what the big job is.Even when some pipeline went threw our state a year or so ago I didn't see this many rigs around.
Reply:I noticed the same thing. Ihave no idea what is going on, most of the ones I have seen were in Plover.
Reply:I see them getting gas on the north end all the time and then getting beer on the weekends lol. One guy with a dodge dually has a very nice older machine in his truck. Lots of nice rigs though!
