I have a little 110v mig welder (no shielding gas) and wondering how well it will weld 3/16 stainless round bar vs 3/16 carbon steel round bar? Which is preferred?Thanks,-Gary
Reply:You might want to be more specific. Are you welding the round bar to a rat's a**? A cockroache's forehead? Or a mosquito's pecker? 1st on WeldingWeb to have a scrolling sig! Reply:Not for a 120V MIG you can't.A few weldersA lot of hammersA whole lot of C-clamps
Reply:I would stick with carbon steel for the equipment you have. I would also ignore the ******** comments made from some of the ridiculous characters that are on this website. Just ignore them.
