Redesigned Tube Bender

Here is a project that I have underway.  It's based off of  Terry Taske's design  and Blind Chicken Racing.  I drew up my plans in Autocad and sent the dxf file of the revised design to a local laser cutter.  I ordered the parts from Pro Tools in Florida.  I still have some work to do before it's operational but I'm pretty close.  The second photo is what I did to make sure everything was square lengthwise from top to bottom.  The small holes on the side are locator holes that I had cut so that the inside pieces with tabs snapped together.  It went together like a Lego set. Reply:Looks like an excellent job so far! It's probably because I'm unfamiliar with that style bender, but the frame appears light for the job.
