Reply:I love my vantage 500 i can run Full pen 0.072" all day long, with an XMT350 plugged into it doing the same, and another welder running 7018 putting down trusses while charging cordless battery's and running some work lights.Vantage 500's LN-25's, VI-400's, cobramatics, Miller migs, synch 350 LX, Powcon inverters, XMT's, 250 Ton Acurrpress 12' brake, 1/4" 10' Atlantic shear,Koikie plasma table W/ esab plasmas. marvel & hyd-mech saws, pirrana & metal muncher punches.
Reply:I've never run either one. But ran a SAE-400 for a few years. One thing to think about the SAEs don't have CV, unless a CV box was installed. Reply:I've been using a Miller Big Blue 400 for the last several months. I have grown to like it. It does have CV mode.
