My little stuff, so far.

Hopefully short background.Took welding in highschool 11 years ago, now I have a 110 mig, have done limited arc like a handful of welds since highschool.  Anyway this is my latest and greatest.Have an Eastwood Mig.Made a license plate bracket for my trailer and my dad's.  Both the same square tube cut one side out with a grinder and added a flat piece on top for the light.Put together a cart for the welder, going to add another shelf for the plasma cutter probably in a couple weeks.  This cart is no where near perfect, did not expect it to be.  I lack alot of the proper tools to do metal work, but am working on it.  You can see in one of the pics I lack space.  The ability to move the welder and tank easy/semi easy helps alot.This cart was made completely from scrap kinda I want it done deal.  Base frame from I assume a canopy got it from a friend, the uprights for the wires and base for the welder are mower handles along and the wheels mower wheels.Last figured I could use some more practice so a chain lamp atleast the base.  Need to get the wire and light base.Anyway a couple good welds, atleast one not so good, and whatever.  Say what you will, good or bad, I know I have more to learn so have at it.http://s243.photobucket.com/albums/f...t=P1000363.jpghttp://s243.photobucket.com/albums/f...t=P1000364.jpg
Reply:Guess I missed one good weld, (had two real good ones, the pic above being one)Going to add a handle to the cart also, and as you can see I lack any space at the moment.By the way for those curious.The truck in the shop is a 1949 Ford F-1.  Flathead 6, 4 on the floor.  Needs some work to say the least. I have well all of the body other then the tailgate.  Should be fun.
Reply:Looks more like an organization problem/storage problem than a space problem. as long as you keep the mig away from the truck till you've got it down pact and then don't exceed to abilities of the welder you should be ok.There are no problems. Reply:Can't argue with you smokin_dodge your right.The tools are organized, it's mostly just the other junk.  Well the yard tools aren't.  It's a work in progress.  It will get better gonna get rid of my car so I will have more room in my garage to move the mower and wagon, well see what else.Already started working on hooks to hang the cords and hoses and such.  Planing a rack of some type for the shovels and such.  Don't remeber who said it but it was in a thread here.  Someone had said their shop was a real mess, instead of trying to clean it all at once, they put away 5 things everytime they went out to the shop.  Said it worked great and cleaned up fairly quickly.
