building a window similar to those found in early 1900 factories. using 1x1 T-bar.. what is the best method to join these in the grid? i was thinking point cut each joint at 45* angles but seems like alot of work and risk for things coming out of square.. someone has to have a trick.. i hope?
Reply:Cope your joints. you would cut approx.3-8 to 7-16 in. off the top off the T and then radius the top corner that is left to mate up with the other piece.Miller xmt304, Miller S22 p12, Miier Maxstar SD, Miller 252 w 30A, Miller super32p12, Lincoln Ranger 9, Thermal Arc 181I with spoolgun, Hypertherm 10000 ,Smith torches. Reply:Yep. Cope. I have a thread on here where I built one. I fabbed the tee bar. It actually might be easier to fab your tee, especially for the muntins intersections.Sent from my SPH-M830 using Tapatalk
