Reply:traduct is translate in english...You want to translate from french to english, not traduct... Id be happy to help you with the "b" and "f", but without actually telling you the sounds they make or spelling them out (which wouldnt help) Im not sure that I can...[Account Abandoned 8/8/16 Please Do Not Attempt Contact Or Expect A Reply]. Reply:Bon jour!Slight technical correction here.Item "g" is not quite the "puddle". The "puddle" is the molten pool (or puddle) of metal made up of both the melted parent material and the melted filler material, that once cooled is the actual weld or weld bead (item "h" in your picture). The way you have your picture drawn, "g" only really occurs if you have spray-transfer mode occurring (or globular-transfer mode). In which case it would probably be called "molten droplet of filler metal" ("gouttelettes de métal fondu de remplissage" according to Google translate) or just "droplet" ("gouttelette" en francais, oui?) .See http://www.millerwelds.com/pdf/mig_handbook.pdf as one reference for some GMAW aka MIG information. Also http://www.millerwelds.com/resources...tips/MIG_tips/and http://www.millerwelds.com/resources...ur-skills/mig/Looking up an example manual on the Miller website (for the MM135/175)in English http://www.millerwelds.com/om/o1324c_mil.pdfen francais http://www.millerwelds.com/om/o1324c_fre.pdfand the translation there for the "trigger" or "switch" (item "b" in your diagram) is either " la gâchette de la torche " (trigger of the torch) or "l’interrupteur" (switch).I do not know the difference, if any, in French between "declencher" and "la gâchette ", as Google translate says "trigger" for both. Although it looks like it -may- be a difference between the verb and noun forms respectively. Hmmm ...Google translate says "squeeze the trigger to trigger the machine" is "appuyez sur la gâchette pour déclencher la machine", so I -think- I am on the right track there with the noun/verb difference between "la gâchette" and "declencher".Au revoir! The best laid schemes ... Gang oft agley ...
