Nice easy weld job this AM..None of the surfaces were machined flat or square it was "Just do the best you can"...Plates were just lopped off in a shear..1/2" plates at that....Don't you just love it when nothing is "The way it should be"...Just do it.So I did it.Keeping the mounting flange square with the mounting plate is the only tough part but if you know just how to tack them then all is good..These are as square as they can get..Start by tacking the ends first..then a couple on the frontside to do the pulling then add the gussets without disturbing anything then just weld away..Pics tell the story..(They did not want any weld on the inside of the flange)..Pics 1 thru 4 show the tacks..Both sides both assy's..One more post.....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

A hydraulic motor? to drive a ???I can see it now... all that alignment and perfection and the shafts will be connected via a rubber cored coupler.
