Is a full 150 size bottle of c25 worth $150?

Assuming its user owned and refillable/in good shape? Guy selling it says 4ft tall it maybe something other than an Airgas 150 but its close.

Reply:To buy a 150 buy me from supplier is $ 225.00 filled . Prices vary by location and supplier. I would check the test date too. Some suppliers may charge more to have it retested . I would check name on neck and call supplier to see if they will exchange it.
Reply:I would check the hydrostatic testing date to see if it is still within time. I would also look for a star in front of the date. That means that it's a ten year period from the testing date.
