Need Some Help with a Project

I need to build a wall mounted organizer for my office to hold 8-1/2 x 11" sheets of paper.  Needs to be wall mounted to free up desk space.  Anything commercially available is either too small, to expensive or ugly.  I need it to be 24 inches tall and up to 48" wide, with individual slots for papers.  Each bin can be 10" wide by 10" deep.  It's gonna weigh alot full with paper, so I'm figuring Aluminum construction to not increase the weight much further.  1"x1" .060 square tubing as the major construction material with some 1"x2" .125 for the sides and wall mounts.  .060 sheet or strips as the base for the paper slots.  So any ideas on the design?ThanksTA Arcmaster 300CM3XMT 304S22P12 suitcase feederX-Treme 12VSOptima pulserTA161SMaxstar 150STLHypertherm PM45OP setupStihl 020AVP, 039, 066 Magnum
