Just putting some wear bars on a 48" wide excavator bucket. The bars are 3/4x 4" ar400 welded mostly with 3/16 7018 and a bit with .045 wire

Reply:Welding on big equipment is good stuff but not to be to critical but doesnt look like the bucket really got preped all that well. If the digger is big enough to run that bucket a poorly preped weld will rip off pretty quick. also I would be running a few more stingers over each of those beads being that plate is 3/4 but pull out a grinder first. Nice pics keepem coming.
