Repair Help needed on my HH 120

The contactor on my HH120 was making a buzzing sound from time to time so I looked up the part# ordered a new one from Miller parts for less,with the new one in it it feeds wire constant,with the old one back in it works fine.What do you guys think defective part or wrong one.
