Modified Miller cart to accommodate the plasma cutter.

After getting tired of dragging the plasma cutter back and forth and always being in the way.. I had decided to build a new cart that would accommodate both the welder and the plasma cutter.. but just haven't really had the time right now.  After looking over the cart that came with my M211 yesterday, I came up with a plan to modify it so I could put the plasma on there as well.  I really didn't want to just do away with the cart since I already had acquired it in a package deal with the welder and spool gun.The mod wasn't too bad.. everything still functions for the welder in place and now the plasma is always with it.  I still have a few more mods to do to it as in.. adding a water separator to the back by the bottle for the plasma and possibly a place to hang the gun and leads for the welder.
