MIG weld on rotator

Is this a good GMAW weld from welding on a rotator? I am new to welding on a rotator so I am trying to figure this all out.
Reply:Take a wire buffer and clean it up............post another pic, with a close-up of the toe area.Will get back to you.

Reply:Good? To what inspection requirements? It looks great at first sight but it depends on what the drawing requirements are to call it good or not.Two turn tables and a microphone.
