30' railing,

I just finished this one, The HO wanted a different style panel so I cut out the old panels, left the posts, and put new panels in : Granted this way takes more time than doing s whole new railing, but I don't have a hammer drill... Reply:Good on you man, your getting the jobs and knocking them out. They look real good as well. It's always best to give the customer just a little bit more than they ask for and you do that. I think you will do just fine.

Reply:You do Very nice work. Is this on a home or a church? I don't want to be a pain but, codes. Your hand rail at the top has to be 11" or greater from toe on first step to the end. Hope you protected the windows from sparks. Hate to see you booger them up. And use plenty of fire blankets on the brick too. Not a hater, like your work. Just been there, 30 years of stairs and rails.
