Just got asked if this is possible. I replyed I'm sure it is, not sure I can pull it off!What do I need to know about this? Settings it's a snow mobile trailer guset under the deck, about 1/8" inside corner!I'll practice this on scrap first of course!Any advice and or tips would be appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!

Reply:Aluminum Freezes quick, conducts heat away very quick, doesn't weigh much. I think it'll work fine.
