Used Miller

I am going to look at a used Millermatic 251 tomorrow.  The serial number puts the date of manufacturer at 2007.  It is being sold by a lady who is selling off the things in her late husband's fab shop.  The welder sat in the shop unused for the past 3 years.  I have some scrap 14 gauge square tubing, 1/8" flat and 1/4" flat steel to test it with.  I will obviously be taking the cover off and blowing it out.  Any ideas on things to check?  If the price is right and it works, would you be hesitant to buy?
